The chassis is taken out from the mold, and the next step is to drill holes in the chassis. To ensure accuracy, this work is done by CAD-driven five-axis fully automatic drilling - the drill can be operated in five directions, namely up and down, inside and outside, Left and right, tilt up and down, and tilt left and right. The parts of the chassis that need to be drilled are: the front end of the chassis, for the nose box; the side of the chassis, for the side cabin; the top of the chassis, the front of the cockpit opening, for the internal component brackets of the front suspension.
