Wild Bill Hickok’s Shootout With Davis Tutt Revisited

Wild Bill Hickok shot Davis Tutt on the Springfield, Missouri, town square on July 21, 1865 in one of the only documented quick draw shootouts in Wild West history. I am revisiting one of my most popular videos with better equipment and more experience gained from a year of experience. Uniquely in this video I found a volunteer to stand on Hickok’s marker to help visualize the distance. I was also given access to the Hickok exhibit at the History Museum on the Square.
