Cold front brings t-showers and cooler temperatures Saturday
2 years ago

A cold front is slowly moving across the area Saturday. A few showers developed along it overnight, but our best chance for showers and t-storms will be the late morning through the early afternoon Saturday. There's a lot of moisture in the air and storms will be slow moving, so we could see heavy rainfall in spots. Temperatures will top out in the mid to upper 70s around noon, before cooling into the upper 60s by the late afternoon. Gusty northeast winds behind the front, 10-15 mph with gusts near 30 mph, will cause dangerous swimming conditions are likely along Lake Michigan with waves 3-6 ft likely.
