ASMR | Baking Mini Cupcake Burgers 🍭🌈

Something a little more challenging today but so worth it. These burgers cupcakes are cute and delicious, enjoy!

BROWNIES
Ingredients:
200g Dark chocolate
1/3 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
3/4 Plain flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
2. Melt chocolate and butter, mix together
3. Add eggs and whisk
4. Add sugar, flour and sift in baking powder
5. Line baking tray (30cm x 25cm) with paper and spread mixture on evenly
6. Bake for 15 minutes or so
7. Cool completely

MUFFINS
Ingredients:
2 cups Plain flour
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Butter
2/3 cup Milk
2 teaspoons Baking powder
150g tub Vanilla yoghurt
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Salt

1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C
2. Sift flour into large bowl
3. Add sugar, sifted baking powder and salt, mix
4. In the smaller bowl whisk eggs and vanilla extract
5. Add yoghurt, mix
6. Add wet ingredients to dry, as well as 2/3 cup of milk, mix
7. Add butter and mix again
8. Line muffin tray with liners and scoop mixture in
9. Bake 18-20 minutes, or until golden on top
10. Cool completely

FROSTING
Ingredients:
150g Butter, softened
2 & 1/4 cups of Icing sugar
3-4 Tablespoons Milk

1. Beat butter for 5 minutes
2. Sift in icing sugar, in 2 stages (half and half)
3. Beat for 5 minutes, starting mixer slow until combined
4. Add milk and beat again for 3 minutes
5. Divide mixture into 2 bowls evenly
6. Add a few drops of colour at a time, mix and repeat

CREATING BURGERS
1. Put frosting into piping bags/ resealable bags (cut corners off when ready)
2. Roll fondant and cut into squares (dust surface with icing sugar to stop fondant sticking)
3. Cut brownies into circles
4. Cut muffins in half, may need to cut extra off top and bottom, and lay out
5. Add brownies, green frosting, fondant, red frosting
6. Keep for 5 days in fridge
