Doom Guy despises her just as much as the rest of you do, so you are not alone. Unlike the Biden Keen where he starts off with 5 health and never attacks, this monster (called the Nancy Pelosi Pain Elemental) shoots imp's fireballs in intervals of 3 and explodes like a pain elemental. Therefore, she is more deadly than the Biden Keen. This one is hilarious. You will likely need to access the secret at the beginning if you want any chance of getting through the statue room.
