Chicago Bears CEO Ted Phillips decided after the Bears fired former GM & head coach Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy that there should be a restructuring in football operations. The team’s GM used to report directly to Phillips, but the change was to make Ryan Poles report directly to Bears’ Chairman George McCaskey. Phillips then focused more efforts on the Arlington Heights project as reports suggest that the Bears could announce a move to leave Soldier Field very soon.
