The opinions in this video are that of my own and does not mean Tina Frey is guilty. This type of abuse needs to stop. I would like to know if the Rapides Parish Sheriff department has worked with Tina Frey in training the police departments dogs. To me that would seem like a huge conflict of interest. If anyone has any information on that please let me know.
