Any type of movement is beneficial. You should strive for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day, with the intensity of those activities based on your skill level—beginners should take it easy and focus on form; once you've mastered that, you can start stepping up the effort by pushing yourself harder. The majority of advanced workout enthusiasts choose longer workouts. If you are new to the game, a daily target of 20 to 30 minutes is a good starting point.
