JUST IN: Trey Sermon Signs With Eagles + 49ers Practice Squad

We have some 49ers news to get to here on a Thursday afternoon. Trey Sermon has been claimed by the Philadelphia Eagles and he immediately goes to the Eagles 53-man roster. Sermon was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2021 NFL Draft and a year later, he was cut by the 49ers and beat out by Jordan Mason, who took his spot on the 49ers roster.
