Ukraine shells and invades nuclear plant before IAEA inspection arrives

Ukraine shelled the nearby city of Energodar and deployed a 60 strong commando raid on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant the day of the International Atomic Energy Agency's arrival for their inspection of the plant. Is Zelensky feeling that brazen to attack and capture the plant knowing the IAEA has eyes in the area?
