The method for removing waste and toxins from your colon is gut cleansing, also known as colon cleansing. It is good for your health because it helps with constipation and irregular bowel movements, and it can also lower your risk of colon cancer. Many health benefits, according to practitioners, include weight loss, improved digestion, clear thinking, and increased energy. Regardless of the outcome, colon cleansing can cause colon damage and should be approached with caution.
Ingredients needed:

2 apples; 1 large cucumber; 4 celery stalks cut in half; 2 cups diced pineapple (I had to use juice because my store didn’t have any)
7-8 slices of ginger; 1 cup coconut water (optional) or 3-4 cups water; 1 lemon squeezed
