Home buyers starting to pile in as inventory begins seasonal pull-back

Home buyers in San Diego coming out of the wood work right now. There is no "frenzy" or mania taking place but the line is getting longer guys and I don't know how much longer we'll be able to say this is a "buyers market" but as of now, buyers in San Diego still getting closing costs and offers under list accepted in some cases - just what buyers have been asking for! Inventory didn't crush us, the worst of that is likely behind us so all the crash mongers need to come up with something else to spread fear about!
