Full-body home workout for 15 minutes Nothing to Wear

This exercise can be done at home and lasts for 15 minutes. This exercise requires no special equipment, and I've also included no-jumping variations for a low-impact alternative. Your heart rate will increase during this exercise (particularly if you jump along with me!). There are 15 different exercises, therefore there is no repetition in this workout. I hope you all like it!
