If you want to build your leg muscles
effectively. Most at home style workouts will not get the job done.

Although it is better than doing nothing. But the reality is without any resistance or progressive overload it is basically just cardio.

To grow your leg muscles what you need is a structured muscle building program. With exercises that directly target the leg muscles (squat, dead lift etc).

But having a training program alone is not enough. You also need to train close to failure and Progressive overload over time.
