Streamers are subject to extremely adverse lifestyles that can sometimes be unhealthy. Mizkif expressed that he was feeling a lot of stress over the last year and invited Norwegian fitness streamer Knut to come and put him through a little bootcamp. Once the experience was over, Mizkif claimed it saved his life and put him in a much better position not only mentally, but physically.
