Hans von Spakovsky: Ranking Election Integrity in the States

This week’s guest: Appointed by President Donald Trump to the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity in 2017, Hans A. von Spakovsky is one of the foremost legal minds on election integrity.

Before joining Heritage in 2008, von Spakovsky served two years as a member of the Federal Election Commission, the authority charged with enforcing campaign finance laws for congressional and presidential elections, including public funding.

He is the author of “Our Broken Elections: How the Left Changed the Way You Vote.”
