16 minutes biceps & triceps circuit workout with dumbbells

Don't neglect your upper body! Here is a 16-minute weighted circuit workout focusing on building your biceps and triceps at home. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a little space. Pick a weight that challenges you. Those last few reps should be difficult. If you don't have dumbbells, use water bottles, cans of soup, or anything else heavy. If you have multiple sets of dumbbells, you can switch between them depending on how hard the exercise is.

We have 4 trisets. Each exercise is for 30 seconds and we get a 30-second break after each triset. The first two sets are bicep focused and the last two are tricep focused. You got this!
