What separates a great sales person from an average sales person?

For me the sales person who has the uncanny ability to sell to everyone outside of his business is a key indicator of a great sales professional.

The two magic questions I ask outside of my natural traffic coming into the dealership are as follows:

1. What are you driving now?
- Followed with what Color, Miles, etc.
2. What if I could lower your payments?

These 2 questions have helped me sell more cars and find deals I never would have had if I just relied on my natural traffic coming into the dealership.

Do this and sell more cars!
