Superintendent Spence admits to explicit materials and yells at a board member

VA Beach Schools Superintendent admits on camera that there are explicit materials in school libraries. He changed regulations so that citizens could no longer challenge these explicit books. He goes on to yell at a Board member who has been advocating to protect children from these explicit and pornographic books.
