Even if it takes years, better days will come. You have to push through the tough days and never give up. If you feel stuck, I felt stuck too. Life has been tough even after getting clean but the best thing I did for myself was I never went back to it. I realized that the issues I tried to run away from were still going to be there when the stuff isn't around anymore. Once I came to that realization, it became a lot easier for me to see that I must put an end to this self abuse for good. I have had many tough days, some of my toughest days happened after I became clean. I did it. You can do it.
