Connecticut Bills 5397 and 477... Gun control disguised as public health initiatives

The Connecticut legislature has presented two bills to the Committee On Public Health. Both bills establish a committee of persons, who are appointed to their positions, to then make recommendations on reducing, specifically, gun violence within the state. They are both clearly back door maneuvers to impose gun control while circumventing the constitution. I examine this to expose exactly what the agenda really is.
