Crispy pulled beef tacos

Smoked pulled beef tacos. I always trust my @meatermade to track my temps, especially on long cooks. I make pretty much a crispy taco how you see it with ground beef, but I think it’s better. 😅 topped it off with pico de gallo, lettuce and cheese. Who’s in?
