How to build a successful business team?

Our "circle" is made up of the people around us. We probably have several circles in our life. We may have our family circle, our work or business circle, and our circle of friends. If we have a hobby or play a sport, then we have a circle relating to those interests as well. How to build a successful business team?

We cannot stress enough the importance of choosing our circle properly because they will determine our future in everything we end up becoming. We have 24 hours per day to invest in the things we desire to excel.

If anyone wants to be financially successful, it's key that we choose our investing circle wisely. Otherwise, we can end up eating away lot of time(the most precious asset we all have) doing something that is not investing.

With friends like that, who needs enemies? The secret to success is to surround ourselves with people who will sincerely support us and encourage us to reach our financial goals. We shall all make the decision to only do business and to only build friendships with people we truly enjoy being around, and who are truly for me. Life's too short to do otherwise.

Sorting out “advice”

The first thing we have to know is what advice or information we are looking for. This depends on the dream and goal you aspire to. It also depends on your plan to get there. Our plan is simply what we have to do to attain our dream. Our plan does not need to be complicated. For instance, if we decide we want to be a tennis player, that’s the dream. Our plan is to buy a tennis racquet, tennis balls, tennis shoes, and a tennis outfit and to take lessons three times a week.

Question everything
Question, question, question and challenge the same old repetitive advice that we hear every day, week, month, and year. Question all advice that we hear and read. Question the “experts.” Question our team and us. Think for oursleves. Ask the questions:

Does this advice make sense for me?

What are the pros and cons?

Will this get me to my financial goal?

Seek out mentors
Mentors are those who have experience and are more accomplished at doing the things you want to do. There are lots of different types of mentors, including investment, business, fitness, and personal mentors.

Join a group
We believe that all learn very well from other doing what we want to do. That's why we encourage all to form all-investment study groups by joining MASTERINVESTOR. By this we don't mean groups that pool money to invest, rather we are speaking of support groups that are education focused.
