Let's face it, the music industry is a business, after all, so they want to find the most talented people that come together.

If someone is a good singer, they might not be the best songwriter. So they hired the best songwriter for this project, they hired the best producer, they hired the best musicians, and also they hired the best entertainers and performers.

When all of this comes together here, that's a formula for success that the music industry has been using to create hits. So what we can all learn from this is if you're trying to start a business and you know your own skills, you can do everything yourself.
