Jamaican jerk chicken

Have you ever made Jamaican jerk chicken? I used my @avidarmor chamber vacuum sealer to drive the marinade deep into the meat. This was absolutely delicious, quite a few ingredients but well worth it. It’s my second time making it. Tell me In the comments if I missed any ingredients.

Ingredients
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 Scotch bonnet peppers (or habaneros)
with seeds, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
4 green onion tops, chopped
1 tbsp dried thyme
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp ground allspice
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground nutmeg
1 tbsp ground ginger
2 teaspoons molasses
1/2 cup lime juice
