Marinade
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
3/4 cup butter milk
1 tbsp smokin buffalo blend (sub your favorite poultry seasoning)

Flour mixture
1 cup corn starch
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp coarse salt
2 tsp smokin buffalo blend

Sauce
1/2 stick of butter
2 tbsp avocado oil
3 tsp ginger paste
3 tsp garlic paste
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
1/4 cup honey
