Grigg's Farm has been a local and loved part of the food supply for decades and now the Town of Billerica somehow made a decision several years ago that his property is no longer taxed as "Agriculture Land" and raised his tax rates to an unsustainable rate.
Billy Grigg's has stood his ground and refused to pay this unsustainable rate, because his land is classified for "Agricultural Use" which means the land if purchased by any buyer would only allow it t be used for agricultural purposes.
