The Law had a point. (Galatians 3:19-22)

"Not to do away with the law but to fulfill it. To complete it. That the understanding that we do mess up is needed to see why what we are given is so wonderful, so amazing, so pure. We do have an example of this, "You can't know light without knowing the darkness." Yep! And you cannot understand forgiveness until you realize and see the damage wrought by our screw ups. When we treat treasure as trash and trash as treasure. When we forget that life, all life, has value. Has meaning. And as it is not something any one of us can give, should we not bow to The ONE who is the source of all life. We cannot understand life without realize how dead we are. We cannot walk in freedom if we do not understand the chains we are being set free from. Chains of legalism. Childish, worldly, behavior. The thought that it is by our actions, good or ill, that we live or will have to live in eternity. Chains of "Enough." The chains cast and thrown by the "shouldas" the "couldas" and the "wouldas". Rescued from the curse of sin and death that all are bound to, for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of GOD.

Get to close without HIS nature (clothed in HIS righteousness) and HIS fire with consume. Same as the suns. Run to your FATHER, our ABBA, and see HIM hold out His Scepter and welcome you in. (Esther imagery, been reading it lately. ^.^)

Also, when I say "had" in the title, I ask you this. If you have a Guardian, family etc whomever it may be. When they are no longer in the "guardian" role over you, do you do away with them? Or does the change in relationship cause space for a new and deeper connection?
