Tanjong Pagar car crash: Coroner rules accident that killed 5 people was a traffic misadventure

2022年8月24日 A sad and tragic event, tinged with an element of bravado -- that's how the State Coroner has described the Tanjong Pagar car crash that led to five men losing their lives. The driver Jonathan Long was found to have been drink-driving. He was also speeding at nearly three and a half times over the limit. On the final round, Long clocked a speed of up to 182km/h, before applying the brakes when he lost control, but it was too late.
