Let's take a tour inside the $500 million Fairfield home owned by billionaire Ira Rennert. The mansion stands on a 110,000 square-foot estate and in the largest and most expensive home in NYC. The property caused some controversy, with the people of the neighboring town of Southampton complaining about the project's influence on their community. Rennert continued construction anyway and moved into his new home in 2004. According to reports, the structure features 29 bedrooms, 39 bathrooms, 3 swimming pools, its own power plant, a Synagogue, two courtyards, an orangery, a 164-seat home theater, a basketball court, and a bowling alley.
