Cheesy pulled pork stuffed biscuits

Cheesy pulled pork stuffed biscuits. I used my @meatermade to track my temps. With #meatermade the cook is a breeze. I got the recipe inspiration from my friend @grillin_with_dad

Pork smoked at 300 degrees
Wrapped when it reached 175 internal temperature
Pulled off smoker at 203 internal temperature
Rested for 30 min before shredding it
Biscuits baked at 375 degrees until golden brown
