6 Dead. Why Their Tail Rotors Came off in Flight. N31VA N514CD N507TJ

They said that I can't produce a Safety recommendation. So I did. I am not a helicopter guy, so I'm very curious to read your comments, especially for the real heli pilots out there. Did I go to far on this one? NTSB never mentioned the previous N31VA CVR conversations in their reports.
