Reverse seared cowboy steak on the @nexgrill oakford 790 pellet smoker. Is there a better pair then steak and potatoes?

Smoked at 275 degrees until the steak reached an internal temperature of 120
Pulled off and seared 90 seconds per side, basted in butter, fresh thyme and garlic.
.
Potatoes, par boil for 8 minutes, let cool, then smash with a glass, place in smoker on high for 15 minutes or until crispy.
