I made 2 delicious recipes. For the Cajun style, I went with sautéed onions and Oaxaca cheese, served on a roll. For the Andouille smoked sausage, I made tacos topped with fresh mango habanero and pico de gallo. Which recipe are you going for?

1 mango
2 habaneros
2 tbsp cilantro
1 Roma tomato
1/4 red onion
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
