Ingredients Needed: (For the exact recipe you saw me do, adjust for amounts if you make more)
- 2 x 1/2 pound + 80/20 patties (burger shaped into round balls for smashing)
- Rye bread
- Leaf lettuce
- Thinly sliced onions
- Pickles
- Salt/Pepper/Garlic for seasoning
- Pads of butter for cooking
- Cheddar or American Cheese
- Thousand Island dressing
