Smoked beef cheek tacos with smoked salsa verde.

Smoked at 250 degrees for 3 hours, then placed in a foil tray for 2.5 hours, rested for 30 min.

Seasoning
3 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp guajillo powder

Salsa
4 tomatillos
Juice of 1 lime
2 tbsp cilantro
1/4 sweet onion
2 jalapeño peppers
1 serrano pepper
1 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
4 garlic cloves
