Hey, this is Josh dream body clinic, and the patient you're gonna see here came down to do both his shoulders and both of his knees, um, came down real quick from California, decided to get all that done. Um, we did the MRIs first, so we could see exactly what was going on and you need an MRI. This is a big thing that I think people need to know is that, uh, an MRI shows a soft tissue.
Where an x-ray does not, you see the bone and they can guess where the cartilage is at by inferring the, the width between the bones, but it's not accurate. And it won't tell you the real thing, you need an MRI. So we do an MRI for all of our joint treatments. First for Mesenchymal stem cell application. That way, you know exactly what's going on, it's for your safety.
And we can make sure there's nothing bad in there and no tumors, or like nothing's completely torn. We can help if there's tissue connected like ligaments, tendons were good. As long as you have some cartilage, we can help. Um, same with like lab rooms and meniscus, if they're not completely torn, the stem cells will get in there.
Act like the manager on the construction site and guide the healing process. So, this patient, he was referred down by, uh, one of his trainers. Who's an amazing guy, just one of the, uh, one of those ultra, you know, marathon type runner guys. So really. A lot about training and recovery and, you know, people like that refer us patients because nothing will help you recover faster than missal stem cells.
You're essentially allowing your body to heal like it did when you're a little kid. Um, we just don't do it now because we lack the majority of the stem cells we had initially, because when we hit bone maturity, we lose 90% of our capillaries and we don't need that blood flow not growing taller. Well, it turns out that's where the Maal stem cells live.
They're called per sites. They live on those little tubes look like, uh, little octopus is wrapped around the tubes and they come off go to inflammation and guide the regeneration. So real fixing the underlying issue. It's not just like a cortisone shot, just trying to mask the pain for some. And buy you some more time until, you know, you eventually need a replacement.
Our goal is that you never need a knee shoulder, joint, hip, whatever joint it is replacement. We want you feeling good, getting back out there so it can all be about quality of life. That's what we want. We want people out there doing the sports. They want doing the activities that they want, playing golf, playing tennis, running, jogging, swimming, whatever it is that you love to do.
let's get you feeling good. Again, pain free. That's what Mesenchymal stem cells do. I've been doing it for the past six years. We've seen unreal results, treated thousands and thousands of people. And, you know, we keep growing because they keep telling everyone else how good it's been. So if you want to come down and get healed, we would love to help you.
