Mississippi streets see flooding following record-setting rainfall

Mississippi is experiencing record-setting rainfall, bringing on flooding in many areas and causing several roads to be underwater. The Governor is telling citizens of the state to “Get out now,” following his declaring a state of emergency in the affected areas of the state.
