New goal - Stop relying on throwbacks as much.
Are you really good at dieting? Cool, maintain it being somewhat lean.
Are you really strong? Extremely cool! What can you do without the excuse of running a “peaking” program?
Volume is volume, specificity is specificity.
It’s all the same shit just with different terminology. Get better, that’s all it is at the end of the day.
