Quercetin is an antioxidant that is found in many foods. The following are foods that have a good amount of quercetin in them.

Apples. Apples are a very common fruit that can be grown almost anywhere in the world. They are great for digestion and contain lots of vitamins and minerals. One apple contains about 5 milligrams of quercetin.

Garlic. A clove of garlic has about 500 milligrams of quercetin per 100 grams.

Nectarines. These fruits are closely related to peaches but have a less fuzzy skin. Nectarines are great source of vitamin A, K, potassium, fiber, folate, vitamin C and so much more! One nectarine has tipically 6 mg of quercetin.
