Jill Biden is making 'pathetic excuses' for Joe's 'failing presidency'

"First Lady Jill Biden has voiced her frustration about her husband's stalled agenda in front of a small crowd of donors in Massachusetts.

Dr Biden told the Democratic donors her husband had so many ""hopes and dreams"" that got waylaid by ""the problems of the moment"".

“[The President] had so many hopes and plans for things he wanted to do, but every time you turned around, he had to address the problems of the moment,” Dr Biden said.

The comments come as a new poll from CNN showed President Biden’s approval rating has slumped to 38 per cent."
