How To Make Naturally Leavened Bread
Naturally leavened bread is so delicious and easy to make. What I love about naturally leavened bread is that as it ages it retains its moisture and keeps well without requiring refrigeration as opposed to regular homemade yeast bread that dries out, turns stale fairly quickly. Naturally leavened bread is also much healthier on the digestive system and elimination process due to the healthy bacteria that is a result of the fermentation process of the natural leavening starter.
