After the captivity of Israel in Egypt, God revealed His fifth dispensation of His will, the dispensation of the law to and through Moses. In this 14th talk, Dr. Barber continues to discuss God's will for His special tribe and nation of Israel, focusing on our LORD Jesus' incarnation and life-ministry under and according to the Law of Moses. For, "when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law" (Galatians 4:4-5a). But the salvation of Israel and the nations under the law also laid the way for our salvation into Jesus' Body, "that we might receive the adoption of sons" (Galatians 4:5b).
