Hello, my name Nik and welcome to That British Homestead, thanks so much for watching. Today I am sharing with you how I make my tomato sauce! I then can in in my pressure canner for 25 minutes. However 75% must be tomatoes! you can top up with tomato paste.

You can add lemon juice, and water bath, but I don't like it so much as pressure canning a low acid sauce. This non-recipe is super flexiable, so I find it so much easier to use the harvest from the allotment without rushing to the shops.
