Pain with activity: Resolved with Yass Method strengthening exercises IMMEDIATELY
So you have pain with activity; standing, kneeling, bending, twisting, sitting, reaching, you get the picture. You have tried all the bullshit the medical establishment can throw at you. You even tried the surgeries which failed, the medications, the injections, the burning the nerves, and you still have the same pain if not worse.
Maybe a friend or family member tells you about the Yass Method and they resolved their or somebody they knows pain and you ask how it works. They say this guy puts you through a series of exercises and your pain is resolved. You say I can't bend, twist, walking, climb stairs, kneel, reach or something to this affect without pain. How the hell am I going to strengthen without pain? That's a great question that not one person you have been treated by can answer or you would be pain-free and fully functional.
So let's delve into the Yass Method philosophy which is 100% unique to the method. "Activities" are group muscle actions. They require groups of muscles to perform them. The force requirement is the amount of force needed to push against gravity and each of the muscles required to perform the activity must have an equal or greater force output (the amount of force the muscle exerts to push against gravity to perform the activity). If any of the muscles have a lesser amount of force output then force requirement, the muscle will lead others to compensate causing them to strain and elicit pain.
This is why activity leads to pain. To end this process, any muscle that has a lesser force output then force requirement must be strengthened using progressive resistance to cause the muscle to adapt and get stronger until its force output is greater than the force requirement. This allows the activity to be preformed fully without symptoms. To achieve this, it must be understood how to strengthen each muscle. Since muscles move one joint in one direction, a proper strengthening exercise must be performed moving one joint in one direction with the rest of the body stable not exerting force. Then the strengthening muscle must work against progressive resistance.
This understanding is singular to the Yass Method. This is why when people get treated they walk in with pain. They then perform the appropriate exercises with the appropriate resistance and then attempt to perform the offending activity and find they can do it without symptoms. It literally is this easy. But only easy because the understanding to accomplish this feat has been developed through years of scientific analysis in creating the Yass Method.
Now you understand how you can strengthen without pain and then resolve pain with activity. Now get the Yass Method and reclaim your life.
