12 Dimensional Mantra

This is a powerful mantra that circulates energy through the chakras, as well as balancing the "interplay" of the polarities (masculine and feminine, or if you prefer "logical" and "artistic") within your energy body itself.
The words phonetically in English are:
SA-NA-TA-NA-MA-GA-SA-MA-NA (AUM)
This mantra vibrates to deal with all the structures of human life, physical and psychological (the 10 fingers) and the connection to the greater universe in the balance of polarity (the palms) and is the incorporation of the "Aum" throughout.

This mantra is not original to me but from the treasures of Eastern mysticism.
