Great news for all those in Green list Countries, the Philippines to reopen to foreign tourists from December 1. You need to be Fully vaccinated and coming from a green list Country that has a 30 day visa free period, which is 159 Countries.
Foreign tourists who qualify won't be required to quarantine which is the news we were looking for, especially for those going to be with their Girlfriend or wife.
Whilst many Countries are still on the Yellow list, this will be reviewed November 30, so more countries may potentially be added to the Green list on that day.

This is without doubt a huge step towards the eventual full reopening of foreign tourism to the Philippines which is welcome news.
