How to find your boxing stance

A simple method to find a comfortable, balanced boxing stance.
Starting with your dominant side, make an L with your feet.
From here lift your heel up so you are on you toes and twist the heel back to create our “train tracks”.
Our back toes should now be inline with our front heel.
Pivot on the balls of your feet to angle your toes to around 45’
Squat down and move around a bit to ensure you are balanced.
Stand back up and slightly bend the knees.
And that’s it! You’re ready to go!
