How To STAND OUT In Your Industry (Genius) 😲

Today I am in the busy streets of Mumbai, India. And this one area is an extremely busy marketplace. In fact, there might be over a thousand businesses in this one area alone.

I thought to myself:
How to Stand out In Your Industry even In such a busy marketplace with so much competition?

Until I saw this guy selling pest control!

This guy captured my attention even in such a hustle and bustle environment. So I literally ran after him to record this video.

And out of all these businesses selling all kinds of products, this guy was selling pest control, which is probably something that many people need.

He was selling it in a market where there was not a lot of competition for him. And this is what is commonly referred to as the blue ocean. Instead of competing in a red ocean, where there are a lot of shops, out there, you find a blue ocean where there's almost no competition for you.

So this guy put up a big banner, and speakers released his message, which is how he captured my attention. So the next time you're struggling with standing out in a crowded marketplace, think of where the blue ocean is.
