When the administration can't answer questions about their big programs, there are issues – 8/25/22

Sad to see that Susan Rice can't even attempt to answer questions about how student loan "relief" is being paid for by Americans who already paid off their student loans or chose not to attend college at all.

There is no answer to this,

Wonder if they can explain what authority Biden has to do this?
